Default 2014 Corvette Stingray Equipment List from Kerbeck!

Here is the preliminary equipment/option list. This is not the Order Guide. The Official Order guide should be released sometime in April.

Now that you can look over the equipment and start building a car in your head, how would you build your 2014 Stingray?

What is the difference between the base seats, Performance Leather GT (2lt) and the optional Competition Sport.

Are 1lt and 2lt seats the same seat? What exactly is different between them?

Looks like 1/2 LT get a cheaper leather GT seat, and then the 3LT get's a NAPA leather GT seat. Same seat but different materials

Maybe it's just that you have to get 2lt to get the lumbar and bolster adjustments.

Ill probably end up with 2lt, manual, sport seats, Z51, and tuned sport exhaust.

Really want to see pricing though

The coolest thing I saw there was the "custom brake caliper paint options".

From the official 2014 Corvette Stingray FAQ:
Will the 2014 Corvette be offered in a convertible or high-performance variant?

No information is being released regarding future Corvette products but we are always looking to increase performance.

Dumb, but I'm also excited about Power Auto UP Windows (miss that from my VW), heated AND ventilated seats, back up camera, and HID low and hi beams with other LED lighting.

So you can't get black wheels unless you choose the Z51 package? That kinda sucks, for the 2013 you can choose a completely base model and pay about $500 for black wheels.

Oh well, guess I'll be getting regular wheels and taking it somewhere to paint black.

Can't wait for the stripper road course cars later on in the run--too many cameras and stuff make for too much weight. We need a Z06 with bare bones rather like a Carrera RS. I am sure it is coming.

Still, the new car sounds good.

Looks like a lot more content in the 1LT over the current model. Interesting though for all the increased content you now have to go to the 2LT just to get auto dimming mirrors.
