All you need is an NPP exhaust from a 2008 car (2009+ is different) and run a tube up to a vacuum line in the manifold.
I'm not sure if you have an Auto or Manual, but you can get the Z06 bi-mode exhaust to fit as well...likely easier with the manual transmission.

Just remove the original mufflers and install the NPPs. You'll have to unbolt the brackets for the rear sway bar (4 bolts, I think) and push it out of the way, and drop the center pipes. Using a lift, a friend and I did it in an easy afternoon. This included installing a Mild to Wild switch. Great upgrade. I think I paid about $700 for the NPPs (they were used) including shipping.

I would guess the Z06 would be 3" over the axle pipes that neck down to 2.5" at the muffler???
What would be the easiest way to adapt the Z06 muffler, use the stock (LS2) over the axle pipe and weld them at the muffler??

They have a mild to wild switch. You can here the sound on Corvette Central site. On the quiet side a little louder than stock on the loud side about the same as the Bullet Exhaust.

Hi i know this tread is old but maybe it can help me figure out something. Here i go, i have an 05 C6 base with npp installed without the M2W switch. I do have the switch but i dont know if i can actually plug it in the fuse box since its an 05 and npp was not made for that year. Will install heades/xpipe pretty soon and might like the quiet once in a while. Must be getting old haha
If anyone has an answer for me it would ve great.
Thank you

A lot of folks use the heated seat fuse slot, with the add a circuit as long as you put it in the slot the correct way, it works great.
Found this, check page 6.

I'm in N. Illinois, I have a set of z06 bimodal mufflers. They are 3 inch though. Looking to sell.

A muffler shop can put the 3" on the 2 1/2 stock pipes, that is what I did when I had my 05. Cost me $90.00 for them to do the switch and welding.
Also by cutting the 3' pipes off the mufflers (leave about 4" of pipe ) it is a LOT cheaper to ship them. I think when I did this last year it cost me about 40.00 to ship fedex ground, But you will have to check.
The smaller the box the better.
When I shipped a set a couple of years ago with the pipes still on it cost about 118.00
