Ball Joint Rivets
I found a source for rivets and tools for setting them. Look up "Big Flats Rivet Company" in Big Flats, NY. He has rivets, tools and a video on setting rivets.

Thanks for the tip! I'll have to check them out; they are 25 miles from me and yet I've never heard of them.
Too bad I just finished putting new plates/braces/and brackets under my 65 with steel pop rivets
