1992 Cooling Fans & AC Compressor not working...correlation?
I'm calling on the wisdom of the forum. I have a 92' LT1 I purchased the car in the early spring and never noticed it running hot, probably because it was much cooler outside. I don't drive the car that often but have noticed in the summer months it's getting really hot. Coolant temps of 250+!! I took it home and have no cooling fans. When I bought the car I was told that the AC needed a charge but upon further investigation the compressor isn't even trying to kick on. Could these two be related?
I looked at the passenger side door fuse box, but didn't see any fuses for the cooling fans? I'm assuming they are under the hood? Could I be lucky enough that these two are related and just a fuse or relay problem?
I appreciate any help.
Thanks!

The cooling fan relays themselves are on the same side as the A/C compressor. Trying to locate a pic of the engine bay for clarity.
