Default MBRP Honest Opinion On The Appearance Of Exhaust

I have been looking at this exhaust from MBRP, it has the lt1 rectangle tips which I cant decide if I like the looks of. Its different for sure but whats everyones opinion on it fitting in with the car?

There are some pics here

And video and sound here

I know they have round tips also but so do all the other companys, Anyone have this exhaust? They really seem to have a nice shine.

That was my first impression as well, but all the others just look the same, but i guess the round's may be the only option.

They would not be my pick for looks, but then, I prefer quad round. I like the looks of the BBs. They are large enough and spaced together close enough to close the space between the pair of duel tips.

I have the round tips. The fit and finish is excellent. Highly polished mufflers and tips, stainless pipe. They have a deep tone w/very very minimal cabin noise at highway speeds - 1800 rpm. You can maintain a normal conversation.

If you want loud, these won't do it. The sound clip is very close to actual.

I've been looking at them for a while and IMHO the 2 round tips are very nice, but, the rectangular ones sort of clashes with the back of the Corvette. I'd love to know if they have a lot of drone on an A6. If you'd like something different, look at the Callaway double D's.

Its more important that you like them. If you do get them I would enjoy checking them out, something differant to look at on cruise night. If you want opionions heres mine, they arent bad, but not my first choice, but I have no problem with the stock tips. It looks like a good quality item.

Making us work to find it huh? The exhaust looks like a vacuum cleaner. That observation aside, I don't like the looks of the rectangular tips.

it says, T304 stainless for mufflers and tips. How about the pipes leading up to it? Stainless T304, lesser grade stainless, aluminized steel?

Not one of the common names used in/on Corvettes, but maybe. More info needed by you/for you, yes?

I like the dual round tips better. $899 seems like a lot for the look. Have you heard them on a car other than the sound clip?

I don't think the square tips match the C6 rear lines. The sound of the system is nice though. But the look would be enough to put me off.

That's why I keep trying to find out how they really sound and drone on an A6. You can get them for a great price and free shipping to the lower 48! Sombody must know??
