Fall Color Tour Mi. Thumb area
I'm thowing the Idea out there for a color tour up to Port Sanilac for dinner lets say for conversation starters its Oct 11th. leaving at about 2or 3 pm from St Clair riverfront. I think its about an hour north of St Clair. Anybody wanna go??
FYI, This is a go!!! the restaraunt may need to change if we get a large group. stay tuned to this and the new Corvette tour group forming thread.

Tom,
Great idea!!!!! I was pondering last night how we could get another cruise in for the year.
Typically once September hits our weekends are usually open. We should be good for that weekend and probably others if the date needs to change.

Cool Rooster, we'll keep this date, I spoke with my bride, shes good for Oct 11th. So far so good. Depending how many we get, we may need to change the venue as the Vancampen house is sorta small. Thanks T

Anyone want to run over to Port Huron from the Flint, Davison, Lapeer area? I live just south of Flint and wouldn't mind taking a cruise over.
Is so we could take 21 across and stay off 69.

For the flint group, I can recommend some restarants in the area if you like.
We have some nice little bistro types or even a brew house and an excellent Coffee house. Let me know if I can help you out. T

I Understand completely, though I was pleasently suprised that the last tour had Vette fans from as far away as Flatrock, Farmington Hills and West Bloomfield. One of these tours is going to put us on your side of the state, I was over that way scoping things out this summer. Nice!! Also, there is talk of a Traverse city wine trail tour. Cool stuff coming, stay tuned!

Tom,
Add us to the list please.
Larry & Noreen Wagner
PS. Just got back from a 1,700+ road trip to the Smokey Mountains with a strong emphasis on the twisty (but paved) back roads of Kentucky, Tennessee, SE Ohio and bits of North Carolina. If you like to drive a Vette like it's meant to be driven, you'd get a kick out of this road trip.
