Well you didn't specify year but the fuse box on my 90 is on the passenger side of dash. Opening passenger door will reveal it. Again, yours may be different but on the 90 the wipers share a fuse with radio. It's #22 and is a 25 amp fuse. It's on the bottom row, second from the left.
