Default ProCharger belt length

Anyone know for sure the serpentine belt length for a PS1 ProCharger using a 4" pulley on a 2005 C6? ProCharger says, "88.8 inches", and that seems too long. I thought I remembered an 87" length, but that was 5 years ago. I can no longer find a local vendor for a Gatorback belt and will have to order one, and I'd like to avoid multi-attempts in installing a new belt. The car also has a Meziere EWP, but I do not think that changes the belt length.

Thanks

I just swapped to the A&A setup but I still have the belt from the procharger setup in the shop. I'm headed over now so I'll get the length for ya. I'll post back in a few.

I ran the following Gates Belts....with the old procharger tensioner pulley (small diamiter, wide pulley) I ran 060900. I then changed to the newer updated tensioner arm and pulley (larger diamiter, thinner pulley) and ran Gates FleetRunner (green) 060905HD. The longer belt allowed me to get more wrap on the blower pulley when tightened down. Hope that helps.

Thanks, Travis. My ProCharger is a 2006 model that has been on the car for 5 1/2 years now with the same Gatorback serpentine belt. It looks okay, but common sense tells me it's time for a new one. Can't find where I wrote down the belt part number. I suspect that with all the changes ATI has made in the past several years with their design improvements, my belt length probably does not match a new designed belt system. I guess I will simply have to take the belt off and measure it. Just did not want the car to be down for several days waiting for a delivery.

My kit was originally a 2006 kit as well. Just get the 0060900. It will work just fine for you.

FYI for anyone that might need this info in the future. Travis was dead on right. ProCharger PS1 running a 4" pulley needs a 90" belt. Ordered mine from Sumitt (pt # 4040900 Gatorback) and got it in less than 24 hours. My original gatorback went 40k miles and looked as if it could have gone another 40k. I now will keep it in the car as a spare.
