I have Z06 manifolds, H-pipe, cats and mufflers on my 2006. I don't currently have a tune so the increase would on my car would be small. I have read that the Z06 exhaust parts on an LS2 will make 20 hp with a tune and headers will make maybe 30 or so. The Z06 parts are an economical way to add a few horses with out hassle. You will need all the parts together for an easy install. They bolt right up on a manual transmission car without modification. Just get new gaskets for the Z06 and use them on the LS2. The front 02 sensors really need extensions, but some owners have hacked into the wiring harness to make them fit. I have been told that that engine harness is about $1000 so don't hack it up. Hope this helps.

After research I bought a set of TSP headers and X-pipe. It was only a couple hundred dollars more and if you mod more in the future you're going to need the long tubes.

I have tune, corsa (sport) catback, CAI , msd wires.

SO i guess if get the z06 parts for cheap its worth it or get LG headers i read they get more TQ than the z06 parts.

What sounds best with corsa(sport)?

LGs for sure. With a tune you're looking in the 25-35 hp/tq range for gains.

Sounds great. It only drones/resonates if you don't have the ability to open and close the exhaust valves on the mufflers. And even then it only drones/resonates between 1,500 - 1,800 RPM when lugging it around.

I tend to drive around that RPM when I can but on the frwy it's difficult at times.

No idea. You asked about the Z06 setup and that is all I have.
