[PICS] New convertible top on 427 Convertible w/ 60th Anniversary Package
Chevy has brought the new 2013 427 Convertible with the 60th Anniversary Package to the Chicago Auto Show. Never before seen are these pictures of the new two-toned "racing stripe" convertible top that make up part of the Anniversary package. The Chevrolet press release originally described it as “An optional graphics package adds full-length racing stripes in Pearl Silver Blue, including a tonal stripe stitched into the convertible top, extending the graphic theme over the roof.”

Oh No - do you realize what you've done? By sharing with us these excellent close up photos of the 427 Convertible with the 60th Anniversary Package, you've revealed the 'secret' top stripe'.
NOW what is Corvette Conti going to do? You realize all the Corvette secrets are revealed to him by GM first. Then he can post on the Forum that he knows secret stuff we don't know - but that he can't tell us - but when it gets reveled he says 'that's what I knew before you did and couldn't Tell you' - 'and remember you heard it from me first' !!!

Unfortunately I expect the "graphics" to be that cheap-*** peel-and-place stuff they put on the Centennials - which looks like complete *** in person and in good lighting.
I long for the days when stripes were actually painted on and then clear-coated.
