What is the best tool you have found for drilling/cutting rivets on radio brackets?

What is the best tool you have found for drilling/cutting rivets on radio brackets?
What are you guys using to remove those kevlar treated rivets? I know I can take tinsnips and just cut but I dont want the sharp edges inside the dash. I'm wondering if an air drill with a good bit would be suffice? I want the cleanest removal as possible.

I did that same thing but bought a right angle tool for my dremel and used up bunches of the cutting wheels. Buy at least two little boxes of those things. They don't last long.
I stuffed a bunch of rags in there, lots of sparks too, so no flammables around.
The left sides throws the debris into the rags, the right side throws it out at you so I laid larger towel down over the entire console. And a vacuum as little bits gets all over, regardless of how careful.
The bracket doesn't come free after they are removed, you have to tap it some.
