Windshield washer fluid
Going to run up to Blue Ridge Mt's. for long weekend and temps are projected to be 7*F. I use deionized water in my washer tank normally but will need to switch. What do you recommend?

The common blue type winter washer fluid protects from freezing down to -20 degrees.
A 50/50 mix, with washer fluid and water, should be good to +6 degrees.

Use something like Peak windshield washer fluid - works well and hasn't froze in my vehicles yet.

Any of the winter blends of washer fluid will be okay. You cold even use RV antifreeze as it will not stain and actually is "drinking" safe.
Do yourself a favor, change to something that will not freeze.
Have fun.
