if you can put all 4 head/lit bolts in then yes, the headlights can/and need to be
ajusted up/down left/right.
truly painful job.
side to side uses collars on pivot shafts to do...

just take your time and move cautiously.
vettes come in from side with hoist at front wheel
so support frame remove wheel

no fouled or other wise bad looking plugs.
I have some quesses but even they show no indication of oil.
I am satisfied that 1 quart won't harm anything but cooling...

sensor, you are good.

that is the only thing that will give issues.

you can set base timing up to 12-14 and be safe....

I still think you are hearing a device.

trouble is, removing air pump belt is a pain.
you could unplug wire...
