The MGW could be described as notchy. I feel it is way more accurate, precise, throws; they are very short and tight. No, not a problem shifting in the wrong gear that I have experienced

I had this 2-3 shift issue when Roll Racing, at WOT at 7K RPM. I installed an MGW shifter and the problem is gone.

Change the clutch master cylinder, it's a known problem. Change your trans fluid to Amsoil Torque Drive if you have not yet, the final resort; get rid of the stock shifter for a quality aftermarket...
