Long time. My dad bought your '04. I have a question about a recall. My dad just had the column lock up on him Monday. He called a tow truck. The tow truck driver managed to get it unlocked. Dad then drove to work. Came out of work a couple of hours later and the column was locked again. Called another tow truck and had it carried to the dealership. Apparently the recall was performed when you owned the car and they are saying they only cover a recall one time. But I would think if the recall was performed and performed correctly, the issue should not reaccur. Am I right? And now between the service bill and towing, he is looking at about $900. What insight coulg you give me on this matter?
