- This is the first Corvette I owned, I paid 1600 bucks for it when I was in High School (1975) Crashed it when I was 18, by the time I was 20 I was building Vettes for a living. Have always messed with these cars and have made a living at it from time to time. It's mostly an "out of control hobby" now.
