How did you paint your headlights on your old vette? Just take them to a paintshop? Any help would be appreciated.

I've come to realize it just gets harder and harder to justify the loss. I have a my current vette is a '05 Z51 coupe. Bought it two years ago with 1460 miles on it. It currently had 3600 miles and am now driving it much more. A dealer offered me $27,000 and expected me to pay an addtional $30k for a new GS. My wife said buy the body panels and a head and cam package and be way ahead. Who will know its an '05?
