    Biography
G'day, I live in Melbourne, Australia and am a member of the Chevrolet Car Club of Victoria, Inc. I have owned a 1974 L82 automatic for a few years, purchased in an unroadworthy condition that is slowly being fixed up. In November 2009, I purchased a white four speed 1974 coupe from a CF member who lives in Fremont. It's 99% complete and will be registered soon after its arrival in Melbourne in March 2010.
In June 2011, I flew to Walla Walla Washington to purchase a red '74 convertible with bot

    Randy,

We're looking at October, around the 15th, with two weeks sightseeing, then a week at SEMA in early Nov. We plan to leave Vegas on the Saturday after SEMA and drive to LA and fly home almost immediately. We have another couple keen to travel with us and maybe a single guy or two. Rose would like to see some different parts of the US and we are looking at Yosemite and Monument Valley, Zion, etc. We'll know more in a few months.

    Regards.

    John

    Hi,

One of the forum members told me you are a distributor for the Borgeson steering boxes.

I'm interested in a power steering box for my 68.
There is a write up in the latest Vette magazine.

    I'm in SA.

    Cheers, Luke.

    John,
My wife and I spent two wonderful years living/working in Sydney ('89-'91). Visited Melbourne several times and the first time I saw this sign I stopped and blocked traffic. Is this still the proper way to make a right turn on a tram street? Seems like someone should have this as their avatar.

John-Hey brother sorry I haven't returned your PM till now. I looked at the dates you will be in our area, we are scattered all over the Bay Area lol On Saturday is our cruise to Monterrey/Carmel at that time while the crowd is there I will ask what place/date is good for them. I will try to organize a meet in Oakland if I can, unfortunately I don't know the area well thats why I was asking about the rental car if you wouldn't mind driving to the Pleasanton area(much nicer than Oakland!) plus it's a much safer area for those that want to bring our C3's (and I know you want to see'um!) We'll be in touch in the meantime, plenty of time till you get here, till then look out for pics on Saturday!!-Randy

My collection? I only have one, just the 68 lol, yeah Oakland is just over the hill from here, not far at all. I'll see what I can do about organizing a GTG when you get here. Will you have a rental car while you are here in the States?
