    1961 Fuel Injection two tops - hot rodded in the 70’s replacing original 283 / 315 hp with a 1965, 327/ 375 hp Corvette engine. 61 Plenum was retained while swapping 61 fuel and air meters for the more sophisticated 62 fuel and air meters. exhaust system includes long-tube headers through stock off

    Built my first Corvette - a 1961 with a Motion Performance LT1 when I was 18 - have always had a Corvette since - various years - 61 66 and 69 always my favorites. Love period correct early Ford Hot Rods - had a 35 3 Window Coupe with vintage supercharged flathead and a 39 Ford / Cadillac powered Coupe

    Hey there. I too own a '66 L72 Coupe. Getting ready to have the engine rebuilt to as close to stock as possible, aside from having it balanced and blueprinted. I saw that you went through the same exercise about 10 years ago. I'd love to hear what you did if you'd like to share.
