You may have a correct dated engine in this car, but generally the cast date and assembly date, and head date are all about two to three weeks prior to the assembly date of the car. Same with the transmission and differential dates. Never say never however. That is why we have seen as much as 6 months variation and judging allows that.

And you're in NC too. I knew there was something else I liked about you. I just got a '65 Roadster in June and have finished doing the underneath, brakes, poly bushings etc. NOM but I knew the car's 20 year history. Dave from Clayton NC on here has been quite helpful on a couple things, mainly Keisler.
