I looked through all my photos and even had to crack into my old Photobucket account and didn't find. I did find 1 pic that may be of some help so you can see how I cut the gates. I replaced the old TH350 tranny with a 200-4R 4-speed that had different shifter plate/gates and I removed the old piece that you see in the picture. I hope this may help you some.
