Is this diffusier a replacement for the oem part on my car? Do you have to take off the old one and install this new one? Some of these I have seen use 3m tape....I like the complete replacement..

Any aero advantage? It looks like it just replaces the stock piece.

Looks like wet laid fiberglass with a layer of wet laid carbon on top.

I doubt that will be less than plastic in weight, but I could be wrong.

It is hard to beat manufacture direct pricing

And yes it is hand laid carbon fiber in the mold then reinforced with fiberglass. We don't build any fiberglass parts and then lay carbon over them.

We can also do resin infusion / vaccum bag and other application if that is what you are looking for.

I ordered one!! This completes my carbon fiber makeover on the GS. Splitter, side skirts, door handles and now the diffuser!!!

nice looking piece...decent price...personally the weight doesn't matter to me...i consider that to be a big cosmetic improvement ..the plastic is so hard to keep looking good after a couple years..

I looked up the shipping cost approximately $90 to ship to 66206. I will have to think about it now.
