Fresh fuel so probably not that. Plus after clearing the code it ran fine. Been driving it more and it hasn't done it again. It's a mystery.

That is great info. It did throw the P0191 code but the car ran fine when that happened. When it threw P069E ( 3 times ) it idled very rough then shut down. I got my code reader and cleared the code...
