That's really just personal preference, but keep in mind that turbo's are already a decent muffler, so if you're looking for more tone from it I would go with a louder exhaust than you would expect...

We use the ZR1 gearing with our heavy hitter roll racers, it just gets hard to shift when it goes through the gear so quickly.

Correct, all of our twin turbo kits and supercharger kits are intercooled. Your twin turbo kit has an air to water intercooler.

49 state legal, not CARB. There's jumping threw hoops, and then there's CARB certification, we simply won't sell turbo kits in California.
