Thanks man, how much did you pay for them if you don't mind me asking? I found a brand new set of 2 on eBay at a price that sounds too good to be true...

Yeah the ones I just purchased are dated 2009 but have been kept in a climate controlled warehouse and show no signs of aging... My brother owns a shop in LA and said it shouldn't be a problem as long as they weren't exposed to weather...
Discontinued? F**K if so, only tire in this size in Europe I found. Obviously I'm driving without tires soon..
yep...sorry to say...
they have a new R1R out that is supposed to replace it but I don't know about sizing etc...we ended up putting BFG KDWs on her car instead which is fine as they have been fantastic on my 99.
I know all about tire discontinuation disappointment as I am dealing with that now on my 07Z06...I have the General UHP's and they are no more...looks like I am going with Nittos as I refuse to drop the kinda coin Michelin wants for basically the same tire life

yeah most manufacturers say 6 years from date of production....of course everything is subjective.
Mine dated 2009 also, purchased them last autumn. Works well, no any issue.
Big question, does anyone knows if someone has still in stock in States? I'll take immediately pair or two..
Problem is can't take Nittos because stupid EU area laws. Some certificate lacking and customs don't let them out.
Camskill has sold them out..
I can tell you I made 3 attempts to buy them and even though people initially said they had them they did not...you are truly out of luck from dealers...private party is probably your only hope.
