If he retires, those will be some decent sized shoes for somebody to fill.

Don't know of any taking actual deposits. But many dealers have lists of folks who are interested in the ZR1, and most of those started compiling those lists years ago.

Lambo utilizes cylinder deactivation on the Aventador V12, (and perhaps other models, idk). And I think Cadillac/GM does it on their DOHC V6s and inline 4s. Would be interesting to see how they do it.
