So I've done some research in other threads but couldn't find an exact answer. I purchased an 08 Vette and the owner said it came with the Z51 package. It has drilled rotors so I assumed it had the Z51 package. After looking at the RPO codes I did not see the Z51 code, but it does have the FE3 code. Do manual 08's with the Z51 package only show FE3?

It will show FE3 which is the suspension. But for the trans, it will show MZ6 which is the manual trans for the Z51 suspension option. It will also show Z51 Sport Pkg.

Look on the sticker in your glovebox. It will list your options. Bat Pig out.

I have a 2008 manual coupe, Z51 with the following codes on the inside glove door: FE3, MZ6, MN6, Z51.

The MN6 is a manual transmission, MZ6 is the wide ratio manual transmission with a 2.97 first gear which is included with the
Z51 option. The FE3 is a sport suspension which is part of the Z51.

Both the F55 and Z51 suspensions had the drilled rotors. Look for F55 code on the inside glove box RPO code list. The F55 has a **** near the traction control button that adjusts shocks. A 2008 Z51 does not have the F55 **** and you cannot adjust the suspension. You can only have one suspension RPO code, but not both F55 and Z51.

Hmmm. I don't have the Z51 RPO in the glovebox. Is there anyway else to easily tell besides the drilled rotors?

Nevermind. Classic NOOB mistake. I took that picture and brought it inside to do some research. Didn't realize that I cut off the last column where sure enough the Z51 RPO is.
