Default Z51 glove box code

Looking to buy an 08-10 C6 Coupe after the 1st of the year and we return to Henderson, NV. I've searched "Z51 glove box code", "Z51 code", Z51 and a few other titles and have not found it. I've seen posted here a link to the 3 digit codes on the tag inside the glove box. I know the Z51 has the slightly larger diameter rotors that are drilled, but some have added the Z51 brake package to their non Z51 C6 Coupes. I just want to make sure the C6 came with the Z51 package, since there's other things suspension related to this package besides the larger/drilled rotors.

Did 2010 C6 Coupes have the Z51 option or did that option go away with the 2010 year?

TIA.

No Z51 in 2010. The GS got the Z51 parts in 2010.

Z51, besides brake and suspension goodies, includes different tranny and extra coolers for tranny and engine fluids.

Someone said that the GS cars are also marked Z51 on the glove box label, because they have some of the previous Z51 components. Can one of you GS guys, preferably without F55, take a look at your label and tell us what's there?

Thanks.

Yes. My 2012 GS has the Z51 code on the glove box sticker. I do not have F55. Wish I did.

With the A6, a 2008-09 Z51 will have an identical A6 transmission but the rear axle ratio gets changed from 2.54 to 2.73. The 2.73 was also available as a stand-alone option, but I haven't seen many cars set up that way.

Z51 and GS both have the FE3 suspension. You need to see the FE3 code on the sticker on every Z51 or GS.

My car has the FE3 but I don't see that description for the option anywhere.

Is there a list of what all the codes mean? I know a few of the codes because I ordered the GS. Such as the build code and a few of the others.

Clarify... the MN6 with Z51 is a close ratio tranny... no changes if automatics

2009 was last year for Z51 option code. It became Z52 in GS I think.

I've got one, Jim; 2008 coupe, non-z51, A6, performance axle(GU2).
