my sending unit had a crack in it, not sure what bellshaped part it could be, but I had mine done on Dec 29th and my mechanic got the part that day. I'm sure plenty of dealers have it in stock.

If you look at a picture of the sending unit, you'll see there is a nipple on it, I suppose it's for the main fuel supply. That piece had a crack in it
