I have the window sticker.....but the dealer stook it off and ripped it and crumpled it up when they SHOVED it in the glove box. They are pricks.

I think you can get a new one Dan from BG, not totally sure though. My sticker was still on the window, I removed it myself and kept the sticky on it too!! Also my car had the build sheets.

Info
Yes,you can get copies of both the 'Window Sticker and the Build Sheet' form the National Corvette Museum.
|
I took museum delivery and they had my build sheet and window sticker ready for me when I picked up the car.
|
I got the window sticker for my car when I got the car from the dealer, but never saw a build sheet. Never saw a build sheet for any of the other new cars I bought.
I have bought the build sheet and window sticker for 2 different cars from the Corvette Museum. I bought one of them for the lady friend who now owns my first C6. |
I always though that the build sheet was placed behind the front bumper cover at the factory.

Window Sticker & Build Sheet
I purchased mine from the National Corvette Museum shortly after I bought the car (dealer didn't give me the one that was on the car). You'll have to call and give them your VIN and they will check to see if they have the build sheet. The build sheet is neat (has hand written notes and comments). They can print you a window sticker. If i remember i paid about $30.00 each.

popped the money to the museum
$90 for the build sheet and window sticker. You can't get the window stick without getting the build sheet. Gonna be interesting USAF |
I did a buyers tour and got all the tags and sheets as the car went down the line. Pretty neat experience for anyone.
|
Dealer gave me the window sticker. It didn't remove from the window without some damage, the dealer got a replacement. Now my dealer is into Corvettes.
|
I got both with my car and the items don't match (options on paper don't match the car)......only the VIN is the same.
Does that make my car worth something? Probably not! |

Yes I got mine, the dealer made sure to give them to me (without me asking), he even said "here it is, a lot of collectors like these things" I even got the numbered paper with the day of the month the car was built on (green sheet with a 9 on it)

I have a 2012 ZR1. I got a laminated copy of my window sticker and a laminated copy of my build sheet from the NCM. My OEM window sticker was never installed/stuck on the window, so it is mint and stored for safe keeping. I never found any build sheet on the vehicle, so I was happy to get a copy from the NCM. I take the laminated copies to car events/shows.

I had some of them for some of my Corvettes, but I have never had anybody not buy my car because it didn't have them, nor did anybody ever ask about them. I guess they are only as important as you want them to be.

I bought the build sheet and window sticker from national corvette museum ($100 shipped) and it was worth it. I bought a cheap picture frame from amazon and red background paper (i have a victory red coupe) and its hanging in the garage right next to the vette. Looks good.

Chriswell gave me mine!
