I've removed the CORVETTE lettering from the rear fascia, and the Stingray badges from the front. The Stingray emblems survived the ordeal - the lettering fell apart.

I haven't really played with cruise much in the C7, but in my C5's and C6's if you set the cruise at 60 in fifth, and then shifted to sixth, you'd need to reset the cruise. No biggie.

On the C5, if the a/c condensation drain got clogged, it would drip onto the body-control computer, and eventually fry the computer. Ask me how I know. ~$900 fix, plus towing charges.

Except when it's something no-one wants. Resale value on green Corvettes typically sucks - I brokered 'vettes for several years, and green is a very tough sell, even if it's a "rare" color.

Green Corvettes just don't sell well. Lime Rock is a beautiful color, but I think the general rule is that if a color doesn't make the 5% production "cut," it's gone.

My dealer (Fichtner) is a Corvette enthusiast who also shows his cars. My cars came with the center caps aligned with the valve stems. That's the way he preps them. Attention to detail....

Re: exhaust - the standard exhaust is just fine for me. It has a nice "bark" without calling a lot of attention to yourself, or listening to a loud drone when you're cruising. imho, save your money...
