WTB: CCW Classic Streets (Black) 18x10, 18x11.5
Howdy Folks -
Topic says it all - looking for CCW Classic Streets (Black) 18x10, 18x11.5 with or without tires. I want to the rear sizing that allows the use of a 335 (I understand you need to alter/remove the rear brake duct). If you have some you're looking to get rid of, please drop me a line directly: Z06Racer@bellsouth.net (I'll also consider trades, etc.)
Thanks -

DT,
Good luck on the search! I am still waiting to hear from DS on the predator reflash. You have to remove your brake cooling ducts with 295 widths so 335 is a must. Take care bro

Re: WTB: CCW Classic Streets (MUKAKsC5)
Yeah, they're not as available as say, stock Z06 wheels, but I've seen a number of sets. I actually *passed* on a set several months ago for a pretty decent price (undecided on the style) and passed on another set weeks after that (didn't want the polished finish). Not to mention when Shinobi posted his, I was pretty much on deck to get those, but unfortunately he had already made a deal with a neighbor offline.
They're around, and I can wait on a used set - trust me, the Corvette community has a lot of people that spend alot of $$$ on aftermarket parts (and so many seem to buy-sell-replace constantly) so there are plenty of opportunites to score good deals (and after spending over $10K on wheels on my previous two rides, I'm out of the new wheel market!)
People said the same thing about Spectre Werks rear fascias, but here I am with one, painted/prep by the best, and I paid $450, so the deals are out there, just have to be patient!

Re: WTB: CCW Classic Streets (DT)
Well!
I got hooked up with an amazing deal on the setup I was looking for:
18x10, 18x11.5 CCW, Classic Streets (streets have center caps and polished bolts), with Michelin 275/35 and 335/30's (steamrollers), new lugs, with ~800 miles on them for $1500!
Can't wait to get 'em and get them on - heck I was on deck to spend $1000+ on just some new OEM sized tires. If I sell my stockers for 700-800, it's like I got new tires for $700 and got a set of CCW's thrown in for **free** :D
Thanks for the few folks who responded directly as well!

CraZee ZO6 -
Yeah, I was pretty stoked about it - I just posted a WTB and the guy tracked me down. He had just sold the car, and was going to post them for sale, but saw my "ad" :yesnod: Yeah, you know if they were have hit the forums it would have been a brawl, heheheh.

Damn brutha! It's still a no show -I would guess pretty soon (?) You know, I think your wheels are actually some of the best looking I've seen on a Vette, but I wanted to keep the "racer" image of the car, and didn't want to upgrade without getting more meat on the ground.

Yeah, hopefully they won't show up SQUARE or anything
