Default Carbon fibre parts? What would you like!

I made a great contact today with someone who works in carbon fibre, and is looking to expand. There doesn't seem to be to much for the c3 crowd. I know it is not for everyone but it is good for some parts.

Other then basic interior parts, is there anything that would interest you? We are thinking of doing some engine parts, such as valve covers and air cleaners.

Let me know

A one piece top made out of carbon fiber to put in place of the t-tops would be pretty slick. I wouldn't have the scratch to buy one even if they did exist, but it'd still be cool.

Carbon fiber headlight buckets that hold the smaller HID headlights and bolt in. Plexi covers should be optional.

This is a common aftermarket piece for third gen RX-7's

I need a hood too. But I don't want a frame, just the hood

So far we are looking for:

rocker covers
headlight buckets that hold the smaller HID headlights and bolt in
t-tops
4 inch "Cowl Induction" hood

Question on the t-top cover, are you looking for a one piece unit to replace one t top?

5 years from now, when I graduate and have an engineering job, I would like a full carbonfiber body

...in the short term, I might be able to dig up the $ for a hood, there was a topic about CF hoods not long ago, but they were talking about a fiberglass core (do not want that) I assume it would be paintable.

Obviously alot of us would like some interior parts, my opinion on this is to make them a little more modern looking.

I am working on a ROUGH 3d rendering of what I would somewhat like to do with my center console and gauge cluster and will post it here when it is done.

That's pretty much it though, Everything else was covered, but I would like to see a chin and rear spoiler setup like on the 78 pace cars that can be bolted to the rubber bumper cars like the fiberglass, ill fitting pieces they have now for bunch o dollars.

What ever you offer, Please make a version in "real" carbon fiber. As compared to the "street" which is a thick glossy clear layer and thin carbon on both sides with fiberglass in the middle. Street is just for looks.

Just would like to see some low weight high strength suff that can be painted.

I like the hoods, headlight bucket/covers idea and the T-tops. Look for some steel that can be replaced to lighten things up.

If you think about the carbon fiber and what part of the car would benefit the most from being carbon fiber, it would most likely be the ttops. Those things are rediculously heavy!

True,
one piece, no head liners, super lightweight...
