why use pushbuttons ?

The long row of 1960's pushbuttons for HVAC operation is a bad memory. The HVAC function should be addressed on the screen to clean up the interior.

A grand touring car

We drive from California to the East coast and back yearly. If the C8 isn't any better than my C5 for that , I'll pass. Last trip we took my wife's Forester and it was much better.

I bet you're right! The plant expansion was to put both Cadillac and Corvette in a Mid-ship car factory for GM. After I drive a Lambo, my C5 seems like an antique.

I waited until 2000 to order my C5. It wasn't long enough. The next year they improved the intake manifold, changed to an improved/ lower cost key fob/receiver, and many other fixes. I Pity the guys...
