I was driving my car on the highway. After I shifted from 2nd to 3rd gear (around 30 mph) the clutch was stuck in the fully engaged position but was stuck in 3rd gear. Luckily I was a couple miles from my house and made it home. I can pull the clutch down to the normal location but when I engage, it sticks completely in the engaged position.

Has anyone else had this problem before? Could it be fluids or a linkage break? Thanks

sounds like your master cylinder needs to be replaced.

A couple questions if anyone knows. If I replaced the fluid could I get it working temporarily? And does anyone know if the master cylinder would be under warranty (7 year, 70,000 miles)?

No its dead. 100 bucks for the master and an hour and your back on the road.
