fixed. some bubba spliced the brown power wire and ran a redundant power feed into fuse box, a run/hot extra space. all i did was remove the a/c fuse that powers that circuit anyway and put that wire...

i say air in system too then if your on your 4th master. hope when your bench bleeding master your dont push all the way in until it stops, the cups in there prone to messing up when you do that....

update. checked for continuity between brown wire...

update. checked for continuity between brown wire out at under hood and back at harness were it goes to printed circuit board, tested good. so then put the original alternator on and wham charging....
