Its no big deal youll need a 50 amp or so breaker a sub panel for the garage and some #6 wire and that will run your welder and your compressor (not at the same time) and even a small amperage...

I have not heard of the rear end squeaking Ether but the turning at low speeds does kinda chatter but not squeak.But the fluid getting swapped out anyway so he will be tight when he gets her done.

Clear RTV 25yr, clean both parts off with some grease cleaner Acetone/rubbing alcohol glob it on, attach with blue painters tape wait 24hrs take off the tape and youll break it before it comes off...

Two things one or more of your caps is real rusty. replace all of your U-Joints with spicer NO Zerk fittings they are not there for a reason they make the part weak. Second did anybody else think...

Did the switch look new? can you do an ohms test on the old switch compared to new switch the switch really is just on and off and washer spray, it sounds more like a relay/ mechanical in the motor...

I have the same thing going on in my car. I have new Yokes and new C-clips all in the rear end is correct ,however that still could be your problem. with the 6 and 12 deal real slow lift up and down...
