    Awsum your the original owner of your car! My vette's original color is light blue,same as yours...It was painted Laser Blue before by previous owner...Looks more purple and my friends call it Barney!!

    thanks for the info on the tires.
    tried to make contact with the tire company, but have had no luck!! interesting to see what they charge to ship 4 tires to Melbourne Australia!!!

    Dan, what size tires do you have on your vette? i have 225x70x15, are they the original size tires?

    Hey Dan, thanks for the kind words about the Vette pic. Funny that you should mention about the B-17. My best friend at the time and partner in the "56 Vette/Pontiac drag racer joined the USAF in '42 at 17 right out of Hi-school and was a waist gunner with over 20 missions. He was later president of a car club that a group of us belonged to and we all got those Bomber Jackets at the local Army/Navy store. George
