Parts for sale
Well, I have a few things for sale, I can provide pics on request.
-Fiberglass front spoiler-Eckler's-never used. It is painted the same color as my car, but it was never mounted. It's going to be a pain to figure out how to ship this, but we can work it out Fits- '73-'79. (SOLD)
-All a/c parts. I can't guarentee what parts work, but it blew air before I took it all off.Let me know what you need.
-A-arms- upper and lower. I switched to tubular control arms and have these left. I'd like to sell them as a set.
-Front suspension poly rebuild kit from Van Steel-minus the tie rod ends. Includes all ball joints and bushing. I can furnish my old tie rods and sleeves if you want them, but two of the old tie rods were kinda destroyed from cutting them off. I'll throw in some rubber sway bar bushings too. $140.00
-Stock 2 hole crossmember. I promised it to someone a few months ago, but it has taken me awhile to get around to messing with it. It is perfect, except it has had 2 exhaust hangers welded to it, that can be cut off with a cutting wheel. I'm guessing that it's worth at least $100.
-Radiator-I'm not sure what years it fits, but it's in good shape and it's for an auto. I switched to aluminum.
-Stock gauges- make me an offer.
-I also have a complete exhaust if anyone close is interested. I bought it from Corvette Central(if I remember correctly). It's the dual 2.5" with 40 series Flowmasters and will come with stock manifolds if you want to pay for shipping for those. The complete system has less than 15,000 miles on it. I cut it off in a few places(it's been welded up) to work on the frame. The manifolds have been grinded down a bit on a bench grinder to clear the valve covers, but it does not affect operation.
- I have the steering ram and slave cylinder. They worked perfectly, but I went with new everything from SSBC- needs a new rubber boot where it hooks to the center link.
-Power brake booster. Make me an offer. It's kinda rusty at the bottom like all of them, but works fine. I replaced it with Hydroboost.
-I have one used spindle. It's in good shape- I replaced both of mine with ones from Tom's and kept one of these as a bearing set up tool.
-Cruise control transducer(?) and harness. I never used it and I don't know if it works.
-HEI-personally, I'd rebuild it. make me an offer.
-Alternator-it's burnt, but covered by a warrenty from Autozone, so I'll go swap it. I changed to a 140 amp from Powermaster. Make an offer.
-Spare tire tub. Make me an offer.
-Stock fan and clutch. The clutch is almost new. I went with electric fans, so I am trying to make more space.
-Fan shroud-make an offer.
-I have an extra front blinker. I don't remember which side it is, but it looks almost brand new. If you are interested, let me know and I will check to see what I have.
-Heater box for engine side for a car with no a/c. I paid $50 for it from another forum member and won't be using it. I'll take $50 and I'll pay for shipping.
-Stock rear strut rods-need new bushings- almost free-trade me something.
-Milodon hi-flow water pump. less than 15,000 miles usage. I went aluminum. It cost me $80-something bucks- still has the grease on the bearings-ready to bolt on. I'll take $40.00.
-Alarm system horn. I put 12 volts on it and nothing happened. Maybe it needs something else. make me an offer or trade me something.
-Top radiator mounting brackets. What are these worth? Ask me when I'm sober.
-Idler arm-was good when removed, but replaced with new front end. $20.00
-Gymkana 7 leaf spring- was fine, but replaced with TRW. It's really heavy and I'd put new liners in it. Local pickup would be the only sensible option.(SOLD)
-Van steel shock mount nut kit. Included 2 castle nuts for the shock mount itself, 2 nuts for the shocks and 2 lock washers. I don't remember what the lockwashers are for, but send me $3 or an interesting trade and they're yours.
-If anyone owns a '67-'72 Chevy or GMC truck I have a replacement rocker panel and the fan shroud I'll let go for peanuts too. They are cheap anyway, but it's taking up room in my garage. Make an offer or trade.
I realize that most of this stuff is junk to most people, but I am a packrat and hate to throw away stuff that other people can use. I know that some of my "junk" can be golden on ebay too. If you are looking for anything else let me know.
Thanks...Mike

Hey Sting-have you installed your exhaust yet? I was considering those guys, but I'd like some feedback first.
